The Lighthouse at Battery Point has 3 quick white flashes every 10 seconds. It is a square pyramidal skeletal tower with gallery which is partially enclosed and it is mounted on a square concrete base. The tower is painted black to contrast with the white concrete of the base. A fog bell is mounted on the front of the tower. Walking out onto the platform gives a good view of the Bristol Channel
