Stony Street and Catherine Street are in the centre of Frome and lead to Catherine Hill. Which is a steep cobbled street that leads to Christchurch Street West, near Weymouth Road, and it is lined with interesting shops which include many antiques shops. Every August, a popular medieval street fair is held on Catherine Hill, with a number of market stalls.
